Forty minutes of chanted psalms as the sun goes down. Books are in the pews; the melody is simple and nobody minds if you only listen.

Harvest Open House at the Abbey Bakery
Abbey bakery and cloister garth
Fresh loaves, abbey honey and apple butter, tours of the bakery every half hour, and Midday Prayer with the monks at noon. Proceeds go to the retreat house scholarship fund.

All Souls Procession to the Abbey Cemetery
Meet at the west doors
After Vespers we walk with candles to the monks' cemetery on the hill and bless the graves. Bring the names of your own dead; they will be read at the Mass the next morning.
